Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Our standard delivery time is 2–3 business days.
However, during high-demand periods, it may take a bit longer. Since each video is handcrafted, we ask for your patience. Please wait a few days before contacting us — we promise it’s worth the wait!


Q: What if I paid for Priority Order?

A: Priority orders are completed before regular orders.
You can expect delivery within approximately 2 days after the purchase (note: the order day does not count as Day 1). We still create each video individually to maintain quality, so we appreciate your understanding!


Q: How will the video be delivered?

A: Your video will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.


Q: I can’t find my video!

A: Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders — sometimes emails get filtered there.
If you still can't locate the video, please email us and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Q: Are the performers being exploited?

A: Absolutely not. We work directly with the performer teams and communicate with them daily.
They receive payment directly, with no third-party involvement taking a cut. Our project empowers and supports local communities in a fair and sustainable way.
