By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Order Submission

To place an order, you must provide the following:

  • Your name and email address
  • Payment information
  • Required content (e.g., text or images)

We will use the materials you submit to create your personalized video and send it to your email address.

2. Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable fees listed on our website. You must provide valid and up-to-date payment details. We will process payment using the method you provide at checkout.

3. Delivery

Your personalized video will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process.

  • We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated on our website, but we do not guarantee delivery within any fixed period.
  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the video in your inbox.
  • If there is an issue with your video, please contact us at [info@lolwish.com], and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds or compensation for the following cases:

  • The actor "danced too little"
  • The video feels "too short" (typical duration is 40–60 seconds)
  • Mispronunciation of names or words (especially in foreign languages)

We kindly ask you to respect the actors’ time and effort.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content (e.g., images or text) you provide to us.
  • By submitting such content, you grant lolwish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your video.
  • You confirm you have the rights to grant us this license.

We retain full ownership of the videos we produce. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the videos for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that the videos we produce will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties—express or implied—including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

Under no circumstances will lolwish be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to this Agreement or your use of our service.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, following standard arbitration rules.

8. Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and lolwish.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the new terms.
