To request a refund, please email us with the following information. Once the refund is approved, the digital product will be removed from your account and production.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds may be denied if:

    • There is evidence of abuse or fraud.

  • For digital products, once they are produced and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless the error was made on our side.
